The Maintenance Supervisor plans, coordinates, and supervises all maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance, repairs, grounds maintenance, and regulatory compliance. We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a senior living environment. You will play a vital role in empowering the maintenance team while protecting the physical space that supports quality care for the residents.

In this role you will:
- Monitor building systems and ensure safety compliance
- Implement and oversee the preventative maintenance schedules
- Demonstrate fiscal responsibility with the annual operating budget
- Promptly respond to urgent maintenance needs
- Monitor the work order request system
- Perform supervisory functions such as:
- Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and orientation process for new employees
- Provide proper training, coaching and supervision to employees
- Promptly address employee disciplinary action
- Implement staffing schedules and work assignments
Who you are:
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience or technical training
- Ability to lead others effectively, respectfully, and with integrity
- Working knowledge of standard computer applications
- Strong customer service skills and professionalism
