Towne Home Care is looking for compassionate Companion/Homemakers to provide supervision and hands off assistance in the activities of daily living of our geriatric clients. Case availability varies.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise elderly clients in private homes or health care facility settings
- Perform domestic and household tasks, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, dishes, and laundry services
- Provide certain personal grooming assistance, such as brushing hair or polishing nails.
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
- Assist with grocery shopping, transportation to doctor appointments, and errands.
Requirements:
- Caring and compassionate personality
- 1 Current PPD Test (Single Step PPD) or Chest X-Ray
- Level II Background Screening through AHCA
- Driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
