$50,000 - $80,000 - ADVANCEMENT POSSIBLE
Summary Description:
The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service work and selling additional needed service to customers. Primary objectives include assuring customer satisfaction and retention, and assuring vehicles are fixed the first visit.
Promptly and courteously greet customers
Maintain dealership goals of technician efficiency and status of repair orders as defined by management.
Maintain training requirements
Experience and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or (GED)
- 5 years of customer service experience required
- Previous service writer experience preferred
- Strong telephone and Communication Skills
- Sales Ability, Knowledge of Automotive Terminology
- Dealership / Advisor experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of computers and good keyboarding skills
- Able to work in a fast paced team environment with a wide variety of people
- Valid NYS Drivers License and clean driving record
Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
