Highlights of the Porter:
- A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living (preferred)
- Must be able to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry, stand for extended periods of time and may be required to move furniture.
- Maintain the inside of the building, offices, and common areas, including carpet and furniture cleaning, window cleaning, removal of trash, and upkeep of vinyl floors as assigned
- Maintain the grounds, including outside building repair and garbage removal as assigned
- Prepare apartments for move-in and complete refurbishing of units after move-out as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, entryways, and public restrooms throughout the community
- Empty trash receptacles and remove waste from designated areas on a regular schedule
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors, carpets, and entry mats throughout the day
- Monitor and restock supplies in common area restrooms and stations
- Respond promptly to spills, messes, or cleanliness concerns as they arise throughout the day
