Responsibilities:
- Maintain an active CA real estate license.
- Engage actively in prospecting and lead generation using diverse channels such as in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, and open houses.
- Represent both buyers and sellers in the negotiation and execution of real estate transactions.
- Navigate and resolve client issues while coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude, self-motivation, and a consistent pursuit of success.
- Uphold exceptional communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for client interaction.
