We are currently seeking a Houseman to join our team at our location in Saraland, AL. The Houseman will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, replacing linens, and cleaning bathrooms
- Clean and maintain common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and dining areas
- Ensure outdoor spaces are clean and well-maintained, including sweeping walkways and picking up trash
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
