$35 per game
General Description of Duties: Referees will ensure the game is played safely and fairly. The referee enforces the rules of the game and determines when a violation or foul occurs and then stops the game to have the correct penalty. Referees must use clock stoppages as "teachable moments" to let the players and spectators know why a call was made and how to prevent future violations. Certified referees are preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to maintain good working relationships with parents and staff
Supervision:
- Receives direct supervision from the recreation staff or its designees.
