POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for maintenance of Town parks and cemetery. Operate push type and riding mowers, weed eaters and park maintenance equipment and uses a variety of maintenance hand tools.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid New Mexico Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- One (1) year experience in grounds maintenance, horticulture maintenance, or related field.
- Experience as operator of small riding mower, push mower, weed eater and other ground maintenance equipment.
- Equipment operation experience, to include, backhoe preferred.
