In This Position You Will

• Be proficient in and knowledgeable of swimming practices in order to
  
  

Instruct All Ages And Abilities On How To Swim.

• Assist with conducting scenario testing.
• Monitor the activities at Mountain Valley Splash to prevent
  
  

accidents and possible drownings. Exhibit all standards of American

Red Cross Lifeguard.

• Conduct pool inspections and completes pool chemical logs and
  
  

reports imbalances to supervisor.

• Record daily participation numbers and ensures daily cling
  
  

assignments are completed by guard staff.

• Report any safety concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Be knowledgeable of and perform first aid.
