· Record and reconcile cash receipts, deposits, electronic payments, credit-card activity, and other revenue received by the Town in accordance with internal controls.

· Complete monthly bank and account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, prepare correcting entries, and bring unresolved issues promptly to the Town Manager.

· Coordinate payroll administration with the Town's payroll provider, including maintaining employee changes, reviewing payroll reports, recording payroll entries, and reconciling payroll-related accounts.

· Coordinate and provide backup for real-estate and personal-property taxes, utility billing, business licenses, meals and transient-occupancy taxes, and other Town receivables, including additional support during tax season.
