NEW FAIRFIELD SCHOOL DISTRICT
- Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs under the direction of certified staff.
- Assist in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) and 504 plans.
- Support classroom management, safety, and student engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school staff to promote student success.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow district policies and procedures.
- Participate in required training and professional development.
This is a 10 month position working with students in our schools.
- $19.67 hour - 7 hours a day Monday through Friday with opportunities to make $25 per hour before and after school

Associate’s degree or 60 college credits or passing score on ParaPro examination
