Library Assistant
The Morse Institute Library is accepting applications for a Library Assistant position. The Morse Institute Library is a library with strong community support in the town of Natick.
This position helps patrons access library services in-person and over the phone.
The successful candidate will have a strong customer service background with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail oriented, and possess the ability to work well in a team environment. Previous library experience, bilingual abilities, and knowledge of Sierra ILS software is preferred, but not required.

This is a part-time, non-benefited position (18 hours per week.) There is a set schedule including every Saturday and one evening per week.
This position starts at $23.41 per hour (Step 1), with a full pay range of $23.41- $28.1073 per hour in annual step increases in accordance with the union agreement. While this position is non-benefited, it accrues prorated sick, personal, and vacation time according to the union contract.
