Instructor II - Volleyball Coach
Grade 2: starting at $22/hour
(Full salary range per hour $22.00-$26.54)
Approximately 2-3 hours/week
Wednesdays 6-8pm
Natick Recreation and Parks is seeking energetic, responsible, and fun-loving applicants with volleyball experience who enjoy working with middle school students to join the Natick Rec team. These individuals will be tasked with running a middle school volleyball clinic, focused on teaching fundamentals and growing students’ love for the sport.
Essential Functions:

- Provide administrative and management support to the admin./leadership team
- Provide leadership, energy and organization for participants
- Design and implement weekly practice plans for youth grades 6-8
- Supervision of a group of 8-20 students
- Enforce all rules and regulations
- Maintain attendance logs, communicate with leadership and participants’ families
- Set up and breakdown program
- Maintain facility, inventory all supplies and equipment
- Other Duties as assigned
Recommended Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field with increasing responsibility, including supervising staff.
Special Requirements:
- Current CPR/FA Certification approved by Massachusetts State Health Department or ability to obtain upon hire
