Clubhouse Attendant (Part-Time)
Sassamon Trace Golf Course is a public, 9-hole executive golf course owned and operated by the Town of Natick. Conveniently located on Route 27, the course offers a challenging and enjoyable experience for golfers of all skill levels. Built on portions of the former Natick Landfill and a historic apple orchard in Sherborn, Sassamon Trace welcomes approximately 42,500 rounds of golf each year and features instructional programs, leagues, memberships, and a welcoming community atmosphere.
We are currently seeking a friendly, customer-focused Clubhouse Attendant to join our team for the part-time seasonal golf season (April through November). This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with the public in a fast-paced, outdoor recreational environment. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Clubhouse Attendant plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting daily clubhouse operations, and helping ensure every visitor has a positive golfing experience.
Hiring Salary: $16.15–$16.56 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
Work Schedule: Flexible part-time schedule of approximately 10–20 hours per week. Candidates must be available to work a combination of morning, evening, and weekend shifts throughout the golf season (April through November).

Essential Functions
- Schedule tee-time reservations while providing excellent customer service.
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional, and efficient check-in experience.
- Process merchandise sales and customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Prepare, clean, and stage golf carts for daily use while maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the clubhouse and surrounding facilities.
- Utilize computer systems and software to support daily clubhouse operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor to support the efficient operation of the golf course.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be proficient in the use of computers and standard software applications.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, including the duration of an entire work shift.
- Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees as required to perform job duties.
