Position Description
The Town of Marana is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to work in the Human Resources Department. This is a full-time position and an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion to develop and facilitate learning and development programs to maintain a high performing culture.

- Placement within the salary range is dependent on direct experience, internal equity and/or budget.
Examples of Duties
- Collaborates with departments and employees to develop strategies to manage and maintain high performance and cultural values-based behavior.
- Identifies training and development needs, resources and strategies for skill gaps and areas of development for the organization.
- Identifies and develops partnerships with learning and development facilitators to provide effective training courses and programs; develops request for proposals to select facilitators and vendors for learning and development programs.
- Monitors and measures the effectiveness of learning and development efforts and provides continuous improvement.
- Prepares and presents reports and statistical data relating to learning and development programs.
- Manages and coordinates the Learning Management System to maintain records for the learning and development programs.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Five or more years of experience in a related field
- Completion of the Town of Marana background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, education, organizational development, human resources, business or related field.
- Five or more years of management experience.
- Five or more years managing a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Five or more years of experience in adult learning and development.
