Referees oversee flag football evaluations and games and are responsible for officiating and enforcing the rules of the game, ensuring equal playing time, and creating a positive, fun, and safe game atmosphere.
Schedule: Spring and Fall seasons; Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
- Minimum 16 years of age.
- Football playing experience.
- Must be able to demonstrate adequate knowledge of the sport and the ability to enforce the rules.
- CPR and standard first aid certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
