Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to: High school graduation or equivalent supplemented by three (3) years of responsible office experience. Successful candidate must possess a valid driver's license, be a licensed notary public in Wyoming or be able to obtain both and be able to pass an extensive background check.
