General Statement of Duties
Assists the Softball Director with instruction, coaching, organization, set-up, clean-up, and other duties assigned.
Program runs: Friday evenings, from January through March.8 weeks, 2 - 6 hours per week
Qualifications
Must possess considerable experience playing softball playing, coaching and/or instructional experience.
CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred.
Must be at least 17 years of age. May be required to pass a background check.
Job Description
In the absence of the Director, serves as the primary contact for softball and fulfills the required responsibilities of the Director.
Is familiar with the participant's emergency information and keeps an updated roster on hand.
Administers emergency response and first aid if needed. Reports all incidents to the Director.
Ensures that all equipment is set-up and removed before and after each session.
Serves as a positive role model and implements good sportsmanship.
Performs other related duties as required.
