The Utility Electrician reports to the Wells Utility Supervisor. The primary duties of this position include:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively participates and accomplishes organizational, departmental, and workgroup goals and objectives.
- Installs, alters, maintains, and repairs electrical wiring systems and equipment, both high and low voltage.
- Designs functional electrical circuits for electrical systems.
- Responsible for actively reducing energy use.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues at booster and well sites.
- Review and close work orders.
- Create regular reports based on department activity.

- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of specialized or technical training beyond high school in electrical systems integration and system control wiring
- Completion of an accredited four-year electrical apprenticeship program.
- 5 years of experience in industrial electrical work.
- Valid Arizona Driver's License.
- Certified as a Journeyman Electrician.
- ADEQ - Grade I Water Distribution or Water Treatment Certification within 1 year of hire.
