The Dedham Organization for Substance Awareness is looking for a passionate and organized Program Coordinator to support our mission of building a healthier, stronger community.
In this role, you’ll:
✅ Coordinate and implement prevention-based programs, especially youth and school initiatives
✅ Facilitate coalition communication, meetings, and community events
✅ Engage young leaders through peer leadership and school partnerships
✅ Support grant reporting and data-driven public health strategies
✅ Represent DOSA at community events and trainings
What we’re looking for:
🎓 Background in Social Work, Public Health, or related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
📊 Knowledge of evidence-based substance use prevention and public health practices
🤝 Experience working with youth, schools, and diverse community partners
🗂️ Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
🚗 Valid driver’s license flexible schedule (occasional evenings/weekends)
