JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, maintenance operations management, construction science, business administration, public administration, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; minimum of 3 years of experience managing assets for buildings, equipment, facilities, or infrastructures, including project or maintenance management; certification in Asset Management is preferred; project management experience is an asset.
