JOB REQUIREMENTS: Chippewa County is accepting applications a Criminal
Justice Services (CJS) Specialist within the Criminal Justice Services
Department. The job duties of CJS Specialist include but are not limited
to provide the following types of services: Pretrial Risk Assessments,
needs assessment, crisis intervention, case planning, advocacy and
development of community resources; to provide services to adults who
are involved with the criminal justice system, facilitate evidence based
programs, provide oversight and supervision of CJS Division interns,
interact with the Judiciary, District Attorney, Defense Counsel, and
various stakeholders involved with the criminal justice system; and to
provide responsive, courteous and efficient service to County residents
and the general public. This position duties includes observed drug
testing, which requires this position to be a male per statute.
\*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of one (1) year
Related Experience Required. Specific Experience Working Within The
criminal justice system is preferred (program specific training may be
an additional requirement where relevant). A valid drivers licenses
