The Town of Brookline is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team on a part-time basis (18.5 hours per week). This position helps ensure the smooth operation of HR services for Town and School employees; provides administrative support in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, and recordkeeping. The role assists with processing CORI/SORI checks, coordinating pre-employment activities, maintaining personnel files, and supporting payroll and attendance tracking.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and enjoys helping others in a fast-paced office setting. Associates degree in business, office administration, or related field; bachelors preferred with three years of administrative or HR experience, preferably in a public sector setting.
Work schedule: 18.5 hours weekly.
Schedule offers flexibility within standard business hours and some hybrid hours. This position is a job share between two employees.
Salary range: $34.12 - $34.53 hourly
