Are you considering a career as a Firefighter/EMT? Brewster has an excellent opportunity to see if it is right for you. Some of our previous seasonal EMTs have gone on to become career staff with Brewster Fire.
Brewster Fire is currently accepting applications for seasonal EMT's to support the daily operations of the career staff in providing emergency medical services to the community. High school diploma or equivalent with current certification as Massachusetts Emergency Medical Technician – Basic, current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers CPR, and valid driver’s license required.
These positions encompass a flexible 40 hour per week work schedule beginning on or about June 13, 2025 to October 13, 2025, with an hourly rate of $22.00.
Candidates shall successfully pass a medical exam prior to hire. Interested candidates should email certification documents, cover letter, resume, and Town employment application to human resources at employment@brewster-ma.gov.
