What are the responsibilities and job description for the Planning Dept - Secretary II position at Town of Bourne?
The Town of Bourne, an affirmative action, equal opportunity employer, has an opening for a full time Secretary II in the Planning Department. This position is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to assist in the daily operation of the Town of Bourne Planning Department. Work includes assisting applicants with permitting and application processes, preparing correspondence, maintaining department files, and responding to inquiries and requests from the public in person and on the phone.
Qualifications and Education
High School diploma or equivalent, and at least two (2) years of office experience; municipal
experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Full/Part Time & Hours
Full time position (35 hours/week.)
Salary
Starting at $22.85 - $23.89/hour
This is a benefited position with health, dental, vision, life, PTO will be accrued at a 35-hr/week rate, and a retirement pension.
