This is a full-time, on-site Recreation Aide position located in Miami, FL. The Recreation Aide will assist in organizing and implementing recreational activities, ensuring participants enjoy a safe and fun environment. Daily responsibilities include supervising recreational facilities, providing guidance to program participants, answering inquiries, and assisting with setting up and maintaining equipment for various activities. The role may also include offering customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for participants of all ages.
- Experience in recreation and knowledge of organizing and facilitating recreational activities
- Lifeguarding skills with knowledge of water safety practices (certification preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Customer service experience with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Experience or skills related to golf is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in recreation or related areas are a plus
