- Able to stand for long periods of time (required)
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Seating guests according to the seating system.
- Monitoring restaurant activity to facilitate dining flow.
- Communicating directly with clients over the phone.
- Taking and managing reservations.
- Ability to multi-task when ringing in to-go orders, taking payments using a POS (point of sale) system, and making sure guests receive to-go orders in a timely manner.
- Responding to guest inquiries and requests with compassion and efficiency. This includes thorough understanding of menu knowledge to ably answer guests' questions pertaining to food
- Performing opening and closing duties.
- Assist in bussing and resetting tables
- Assisting other team members wherever necessary to support the Town Hall Grill team and maintain positive working relationships.
