Join Our In-House Rehabilitation Team
Town Hall Estates Arlington is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house rehabilitation department. We are currently hiring for both Full-Time and PRN (Per Diem) positions to provide exceptional therapy services in our skilled nursing and subacute rehabilitation facility.
Our in-house therapy team is committed to helping residents regain mobility, restore function, and achieve their highest level of independence through individualized, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans.
- Assess strength, balance, mobility, gait, range of motion, endurance, and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement treatment programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, prevent falls, and maximize independence.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Document evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, fall prevention, and safe use of assistive devices.
- Recommend mobility aids, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications to promote safety and functional independence.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care conferences.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, Medicare, and facility regulations.
Qualifications
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Experience in skilled nursing, subacute rehabilitation, or long-term care is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

- Weekend rotation as needed
