Director of Maintenance
Town Hall Estates – Arlington
At Town Hall Estates Arlington, we know that a well-maintained building plays a huge role in the comfort, safety, and overall experience of our residents. We’re looking for a Director of Maintenance who is proactive, organized, and ready to lead the day-to-day operations of our maintenance department.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the overall maintenance and appearance of the facility and grounds
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and building needs
- Manage work orders, vendor relationships, and maintenance supplies
- Help ensure compliance with life safety, emergency preparedness, and regulatory requirements
- Support a safe and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff
- Assist with projects, repairs, and facility improvements as needed
- Lead and support the maintenance team with a positive, team-focused attitude
What we’re looking for:
- Strong troubleshooting and general maintenance skills
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facility systems preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Leadership experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, or a similar environment is a plus
- Someone who is dependable, proactive, and takes ownership of their work
- A team player who enjoys helping others and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe facility
