The position involves managing customer accounts, assisting with service inquiries, processing updates and with utilities and ensuring accurate and timely communications across all departments (utility suppliers, energy brokers and customers).
Customer Service Representative (Utility Support) Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and utility suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow ups
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Process customer enrollments, renewals, and account updates through utility portals and internal systems.
Qualifications for a top Customer Service Representative (Utility Support):
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
