The Role
As the first point of contact, our Client Services Representatives (CSRs) set the tone for the entire patient visit. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a bustling environment and is passionate about supporting both people and their pets. What You’ll Do:
- Be the Face of the Clinic: Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients and pets.
- Manage the Flow: Handle multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate urgent care arrivals.
- Stay Organized: Maintain accurate digital medical records and assist with essential administrative tasks.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our medical team to ensure a seamless experience for every client.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Prior customer service experience is required (veterinary hospital experience is a major plus!).
- Skills: Exceptional communication, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a sharp eye for detail.
- Mindset: A team-player attitude and a genuine love for animals.
Benefits & Schedule:
- Hours: Mon–Fri (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM) and Saturdays (8:30 AM – 12:00 PM).
