Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments and managing their accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred; or pet care environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of animal anatomy and behavior is highly desirable.
- Skills in dog handling, dog training, and general pet care are beneficial.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures or medical collection processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
