Job Summary:
Town and Country is seeking a skilled and reliable Full-Time Retail Specialist to join our team. We seek an individual that is passionate about serving our customers with a smile. This position will be required to work in both Richland Center and Reedsburg stores on a shift rotation. Travel is required. Candidates with demonstrated skills in advertising/media/promotional management considered a strong plus.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in-person, on the phone, and via electronic means (social, email, etc.) to answer questions and provide advice about company products.
- Answer phone calls and triage needs by routing to appropriate company staff.
- Ring sales using company point-of-sale systems.
- Receive orders from suppliers and process incoming material according to provided procedure. (ie stock parts and items for sale)
- Utilize the established inventory practice to manage incoming and outgoing products ensuring accurate inventory.
- Maintain a clean and inviting retail space for our customers to shop in.
- Learn the products we sell, seek training and study the product lines to be prepared to help customers choose the right product for them.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily processing and recording of sales, returns and other financial transactions related to the operation of the business.
- Interact with banking activities such as making deposit records and travelling to the bank to deposit daily deposits.
- Schedule delivery of goods to customers based on existing system of prioritization and timing.

- Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office suite of products and Quickbooks accounting software a significant plus.
- Must be comfortable with technology (computers, phones, tablets, etc) and with technology change. You must be able to demonstrate experience with business technology (Microsoft Office, Email, ability to learn new programs)
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Relevant work experience in similar role is expected and will be a part of your consideration.
Physical Requirements:
- Office setting requires long periods of time working at a desk and computer.
- Retail setting requires walking and standing for significant periods of time.
- Movement of boxes, crates, or other containers of parts on a regular basis.
- Movement of appliances may require additional physical effort on occasion.
Work Schedule:
- A 5 day per week work schedule during normal business operating hours (8-5) is required.
- Be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate current needs.
- Additional hours may be required and paid accordingly as per the U.S Department of Labor.
- Will not include evenings or holidays unless mutual agreement is found, only in limited circumstances.
