TownCountry Services is expanding its team in Toncia, IL, and offering an incredible opportunity for a high-performing professional to step into the role of HVAC Comfort Advisor - Sales Rep.

HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR - SALES REP: THE BASICS

This premier, onsite position provides a lucrative earning potential of $100,000 – $200,000/year through a strong base and performance-based structure. Designed for maximum independence, this role features daily dispatch straight from your home, meaning you will leave directly from your house without being required to report to a central location before heading out to your service area.

This is a full-time position with a primary schedule of 9 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday. To fully meet the needs of our local market and homeowners, the role also requires evening shifts, weekend shifts, and on-call availability.

YOUR ROLE

As an HVAC Comfort Advisor - Sales Rep, you will start your day by leaving directly from home to conduct in-home consultations, where you'll assess homeowners' HVAC needs, educate them on system options, and recommend customized solutions. Throughout the day, you'll build strong customer relationships through clear communication, trust-based selling, and expert guidance on products, pricing, and installation steps. You'll manage the entire customer experience from the initial visit through project completion, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure complete satisfaction, including conducting post-install follow-ups. To ensure seamless project execution, you'll collaborate closely with office staff and installation teams to deliver accurate proposals and smooth handoffs. Additionally, you'll consistently meet or exceed sales targets by maintaining detailed records in ServiceTitan, navigating both indoor and outdoor settings, and physically accessing spaces like attics and crawl spaces.

HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR - SALES REP REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of sales experience in the trades, including HVAC
• Proven track record in in-home sales, being self-motivated, coachable, and competitive to set and chase goals
• Project management skills and the ability to multitask, work independently, and contribute to the overall success of the team
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computer skills and comfort using a tablet, CRM, and proposal software, along with the ability to learn ServiceTitan software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• HVAC technical experience (preferred)
