THE DETAILS
- Compensation: We're offering competitive pay based on your experience and qualifications

- Schedule: You'll work Monday through Friday with the occasional Saturday as needed
YOUR CORE CONTRIBUTIONS:
As our Customer Service Rep, you'll spend your days answering phone calls, speaking with clients, and verifying job information to provide positive and seamless experiences for every customer. You'll play an important part in our office, solving problems as they come up and promptly escalating issues as needed.
Armed with a friendly and professional attitude, you'll speak with clients over the phone, manage our appointment calendar, and follow up after a project to ensure satisfaction. You'll answer questions, resolve concerns, and leave a positive impression of our business. Attentive to detail, you'll also enter purchase orders, process invoices, and handle other office duties to make every day a great one!
MUST-HAVES:
- Customer service experience
- Computer skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Flexible schedule availability for weekdays and weekends
- Team spirit
- Plumbing or HVAC experience - PREFERRED but not required for the right person
