A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING . . .
- Provide excellent customer service
- Responsible for achieving the number of cases per hour targets set up as market standards
- Checks refrigeration hourly after closing person leaves
- Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the receiving area and back room
- Organizes overhead and inventory control according to the market standards
- Maintains market cleanliness, includes: floors, restrooms, parking lot, and market perimeter
- Keeps up on industry trends, standards, and changes
- Supports and follows all company and department policies
- Supports and follows sustainability programs
- Supports and follows all safety and security policies
- Demonstrates attitude of service to co-workers and customers
- Operates within the Company’s Core Values and Company Brand
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Possess full body mobility (bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching) and have excellent manual dexterity
