We are looking for an experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners through system replacements and manage projects from initial consultation to completion. This role coordinates in-home consultations, equipment sizing, proposal generation, and installation handoffs to ensure work is completed accurately and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- In-Home Consultations: Conduct thorough site assessments, size equipment, and present clear options tailored to client heating and cooling needs.
- Account & Project Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners from initial quote through final inspection, managing timelines, scheduling, and order details.
- Installation Oversight: Partner directly with field crews to verify job scope, ensure compliance with safety and local codes, and maintain work quality.
- Client Communication: Provide consistent updates to homeowners before, during, and after installation to support complete client satisfaction.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate updates on leads, estimates, and project statuses within our CRM.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of HVAC industry experience required (residential sales, field service, or install management).
- Practical knowledge of residential heating, cooling, and ductwork systems.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating residential equipment needs and managing job logistics.
- Professional communication skills and commitment to straightforward customer service.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
