Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service as the first point of contact
- Safely operate and move customer vehicles into staging lanes and designated pre-wash areas, including manual transmission vehicles
- Conduct thorough pre-wash vehicle inspections, documenting any pre-existing damage before the vehicle enters the wash process
- Stage and queue vehicles efficiently to maintain a steady flow into the wash, minimizing customer wait times
- Communicate wash package selections and any special instructions to the wash team to ensure customer expectations are met
- Maintain a clean and organized valet and intake station, ensuring all equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working order
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movement and intake workflow throughout the facility
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission preferred
- Ability to operate vehicles safely in tight spaces and high-volume facility environments
- Previous car wash, dealership, or delivery driver experience is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse customer base
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain on your feet for extended periods during shifts
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
