What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Delivery Specialist position at TOWN & COUNTRY FORD?
Town & Country Ford in Bessemer has an immediate need for a Delivery Specialist to join our team! This is an hourly position that involves providing customer service after the sale. The person will be assisting the customer with the technology in their new vehicle. This will involve pairing his/her phone to Ford's "Sync" system, setting up his/her Ford Pass account, and answering any questions the customer may have. This is not a sales position, but more of a customer satisfaction after the sale position.
You will also be responsible for assisting the team our loaner vehicles for customers with an easy to use system.
