What It's Like to Work Here
Our work is roughly 50% residential and 50% light commercial, so you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects rather than doing the same thing every day. We work on everything from troubleshooting and service work to remodels, new construction, and higher-end residential projects.
We take quality seriously. Many of our customers expect a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail, and we expect the same from our team.
We also believe in having a good work-life balance. Our normal schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional Saturday mornings. Overtime is available regularly, but our electricians generally have predictable schedules and go home every day. We do have an on-call rotation for our established customers, but true after-hours emergency calls are very rare.
We’re a relaxed but hardworking, family-like team. Our owners and managers work closely with our employees every day, and we make an effort to show our appreciation through bonuses, raises, appreciation gifts, holiday and summer family events, and regular team breakfasts.
If you’re an experienced electrician looking for a company where you can do good work, be treated well, and have an opportunity to grow, we’d like to hear from you.
