We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Master Craftsman to join our team. This position is ideal for a well-rounded construction professional who takes pride in their work, has experience across multiple areas of residential construction, and enjoys solving problems and bringing projects to completion.
Position Requirements
- Experience in residential construction and remodeling
- Working knowledge of carpentry, framing, drywall, electrical, and plumbing
- Ability to complete punch list items with strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members
Key Responsibilities
- Complete a variety of residential construction and remodeling projects
- Perform finish carpentry and other quality finish work
- Complete punch list items and address project details as needed
- Collaborate with subcontractors and team members throughout each project
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and address project needs
- Help ensure completed work meets Town & Country Builders' standards for quality and craftsmanship

The ideal candidate is someone who is experienced, dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing things the right way. You should be comfortable working independently while also being able to collaborate with a larger team. A strong understanding of residential construction and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the job are important to this role.
