Relationship Manager, Community Banking (AVP/VP)

This role will cover Waukesha and Milwaukee counties. What You'll Do Responsible for annual goals tied to loan and deposit volume, cross-sales, call planning/prospecting and fee income generation Manage and grow existing customer relationships with businesses that generally have <$5M in revenue Take ownership of credit sheet content and quality by working closely with credit analysts on their successful and timely completion Execute exemplary portfolio management Work closely with internal partners to generate internal referrals as well as developing an external network of centers of influence.
