- Cashiers welcome customers upon arrival, answer their queries, and guide them through the process
- Process large payments and ensure that all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and cash balance at the end of each shift
- Direct customer complaints and work to resolve them in a timely and amicable manner
- Operate computer, mulit-line phone system, scanners, and other electronics to perform job duties
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure the smooth operation of the facility
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak both English and Spanish
- 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or receptionist role
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling cash and operating electronic equipment
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite and database software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
