What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Holder position at Town and Country Super Market, Inc.?
A Keyholder is a key member of the store's team who works with and supports the Store Manager. An Keyholder may also be eligible for a promotion to Assistant Manager in various locations.
The Keyholder must observe and enforce all store rules and company polices. They emphasize and model company customer service standards and maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance, observing company dress code. The are responsible for opening and/or closing the store.
The Keyholder should have a working knowledge of all major departments. They will be required to comply with Federal, State, and local laws/regulations including but not limited to OSHA, Department of Labor Standards, Wage & Hour, Age Restrictions, Sanitation and Food Safety, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
