Responsibilities
- Quickly clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain a smooth flow of service.
- Assist servers by delivering food, refilling drinks, and ensuring guests have what they need.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
- Support kitchen and bar staff by restocking supplies as needed.
- Work closely with the team to create a positive and welcoming guest experience.
- Assist in other duties as assigned to keep the restaurant running efficiently.
Qualifications
- A team player with a strong work ethic and great attitude.
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train you!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. (trays, bus tubs, and supplies).
- Standing and walking for extended periods in a busy restaurant setting.
- Bending, reaching, and stooping to clear tables and restock items.
- Moving quickly to keep up with the flow of service.
