What you’ll do
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to efficiently handle incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and bookkeeping using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and proofreading documents.
- Train and mentor front desk staff to enhance their skills in customer support and office management.
- Implement organizational strategies to improve efficiency in office processes and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Address client inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
Basic qualifications
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and filing.
