SKILLS REQUIRED
This role requires:

- Comfort working inside organized systems. You should either already be comfortable using Notion, or be eager to learn it quickly and use it daily.
- Strong comfort working in Google Sheets, including filters, sorting, and formulas.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Maintain an accurate AR balance by correctly applying payments in Aspire, following up with customers when invoices go unpaid, and tracking issues until they are resolved.
- Become the internal expert on how each customer gets billed and pays invoices, and keep the system and documentation up to date.
- Support our maintenance contracts by initiating and tracking contract renewals, documenting contract terms and outcomes, and ensuring recurring billing continues without interruption.
- Perform weekly system investigations to flag any incomplete service tickets and ensure work is billed in a timely fashion.
- Monitor compliance and documentation requirements and expirations (COIs, registrations, OSHA, POs, service sheets, etc.).

Our office hours are 6 a.m.–3 p.m., Monday through Friday.
