Overview
THIS IS PRE-REPOSSESSION WORK! YOU WILL NOT BE INVOLVED IN THE ACTUAL REPOSSESSION OF THE VEHICLE. WE ARE OPEN TO TRAINING, BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE BASIS OF THE JOB.
Need reliable and motivated Spotter Drivers to assist in locating vehicles for our repossession operations. This is a flexible, independent contractor role where you set your own schedule and use your own vehicle. Hours are fully flexible, and work can be available almost 24/7.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and report vehicles assigned for repossession (Verify by VIN and/or tag)
- Submit accurate and timely location information
- Meet minimum performance expectations (see below)
- Maintain communication with dispatch/trucks as needed
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Active auto insurance required, plus valid registration on vehicle
- Must complete an application with accurate identifying information
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
Performance Expectations & Pay:
- Bi-weekly pay based on experience and availability.
- Minimum requirement: Identify at least 1 vehicle per day OR 5 vehicles per week
- After locating 10 vehicles in a week, earn an additional $10 per vehicle beyond that (CAPPED AT AN ADDITIONAL $250)
- Compensation structure will be discussed during onboarding, including required daily routines

- This is a flexible role—work when and where it fits your schedule
- All personal documents (license, insurance, etc.) must be kept current and valid at all times
Skills
- Ability to accurately identify various vehicles (year, make, model, color, plate, VIN when possible)
- Consistent enough to meet the daily/weekly minimums
- Hands-on experience with flatbed trucks, tow trucks, and other industrial machinery
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly with drivers and team members
- Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
- Ability to work without drawing attention or interfering with situations
- Experience in repossession, towing, or skip tracing (not required)
This role would be great for delivery drivers, former truck drivers/security guards/etc, or anyone looking for simple part-time work.

Pay: $300.00 - $550.00 per week
Expected hours: 10.0 – 50.0 per week
