Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and mentorship to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive account management and personalized service.
  • Identify new market opportunities by analyzing industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; leverage insights for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring seamless negotiation processes that maximize profitability.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Elead to track sales activities, forecast performance, and generate detailed reports for strategic planning..
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales data to evaluate performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated management skills with experience leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Expertise in business development, account management, and negotiation techniques that drive results.
  • Familiarity with Elead or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to foster trust and loyalty among clients.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to technology or technical sales is a plus.
