Duties
- Oversee daily property operations, including maintenance coordination, and resident relations to ensure a high standard of community living.
- Utilize property management tools such as Enumerate Central to maintain accurate records of resident data, association payments, and service requests.
- Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management efforts to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Handle client communication with professionalism via phone, email, or in person—addressing inquiries promptly and resolving conflicts effectively through conflict management skills.
- Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and assist with financial reporting using property management software.
- Conduct regular inspections of condominium; document findings through detailed data entry and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles.
- Proficiency with property management software such as Tops, Enumerate Central, or similar platforms; adept at data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with effective negotiation abilities to resolve conflicts amicably while maintaining positive resident relationships.
- Demonstrated team management experience with the ability to motivate staff and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- Competence in budgeting processes along with facilities management responsibilities; experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Office experience including filing systems, phone etiquette, contract review, and administrative support functions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in legal documentation and compliance reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude focused on client satisfaction.
- Must hold a Florida Community Association Manager license.
